How to Prepare Your Files

• Create Your document layout
• Design your document 1-up
• Application page size should equal the dimensions of the final trimmed piece
• Extend colours/images 3mm beyond final trimmed size for full bleed documents
• Colours must be defined in CMYK mode

If Supplying Scanned Images

• All scans must be converted to CMYK
• To ensure enhanced color matching please work with this colour setting
• Resolution should be equal to 300dpi
• Save as JPG, EPS or TIFF format

If Using a Vector Graphics Application

• Colours must be defined in CMYK mode
• To ensure enhanced color matching please install this colour setting
• Save as EPS or PDF format
• Outlining your fonts is recommended
