How to Prepare Your File
Create Your Document Layout
- Design your document 1-up
- Application page size should equal the dimensions of the final trimmed piece
- Extend colours/images 3mm beyond final trimmed size for full bleed documents
- Colours must be defined in CMYK mode

Scanned Images
- All scans must be converted to CMYK
- To ensure enhanced color matching please work with this colour setting
- Resolution should be equal to 300dpi
- Save as JPG, EPS or TIFF format

Vector Graphics Programs:
- Colours must be defined in CMYK mode
- To ensure enhanced color matching please install this colour setting
- Save as EPS or PDF format
- Outlining your fonts is recommended

Supplied PDF file Checklist
- 3mm bleed

- Distill Your PS file using the Press Quality Setting or preferably install this Job Option

Supplied from Your Original Application Format
- Your original files may be accepted in its original application format.
- Original application format will not guarantee its original formatting and fonts.
- You must send all fonts and graphics along with the file.
- Please pre-flight and package your job where possible.
- When possible please outline your fonts

NOTE: Files that are not received in the correct manner may need to be charged a file set-up fee of $110. You will be contacted if this is the case. We cannot ensure deadline will be met when file is not correct.
